Mrs. Jackie Elaine Williams, age 62 of Rice, VA, passed away Jan. 22, 2018. Services will be held Saturday Jan. 27 at High Bridge Baptist Church, Rice, VA with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home served the family.
