BUCKINGHAM — A tractor-trailer overturned Nov. 11 and resulted in no injuries. According to Dillwyn Volunteer Fire Department Fire Chief Jason Wharam, Dillwyn Volunteer Fire Department and Arvonia Volunteer Fire Department responded at approximately 8:30 p.m. and stayed on scene until 3:30 a.m. He said Virginia State Police were also on scene.
