During the school year, the Cumberland School Board recognizes students of the month at regular meetings. Students recognized at the November meeting held Monday, Nov. 6, were Osage Angle, second-grader, son of Megan and Geoffrey Angle; Luis Alvarez, eighth-grader, son of Guillermo Lorenzo Perez and Adela Alvarez; and Sierra Urban, 10th grader, daughter of Connie Kittrell and Paul Urban.
