Ruth Ellen Marshall Cobbs, 78 of Pamplin, VA passed away Nov. 19, 2017. Services will be held Nov. 25 at Zion Baptist Church, Pamplin, Va. with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville served the family.
