Mary Elizabeth Walton Troxler

Mary Elizabeth Walton Troxler departed this life on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at the age of 79.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Freddie; daughter, Gaynelle of the home; son, Wallace (Gabrielle) of Connecticut; two grandsons, Cecil and Clay and one great-grandson, Jayden. Others left to cherish precious memories include her sisters, Zella (Edward) Luster, Sherron Walton and Sarah (Aaron) Edmendson; two sisters-in-law, Estelle Walton and Martha L. Walton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thanks to the staff of Centra Hospice.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 27, 12 noon at New Bethel Baptist Church, Meherrin, with Pastor Haney Thomas, Jr. officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Wilson Funeral Home, Keysville, served the family.
