PRINCE EDWARD — The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted Tuesday to advertise to fill two planning commission seats.

According to County Administrator Wade Bartlett, the seats will be appointed during the board’s December meeting.

The advertisement concerns the at-large seats currently held by John Townsend III and Mark Jenkins.

The board also voted to meet Nov. 16 instead of Nov. 14 due to a planned Virginia Association of Counties conference meeting.
