I do not support any rezoning requests to build student high-rise housing or any other type of commercial multiple-dwelling structure (above current dwelling zoning code) made by either of the above mentioned property owners (Robert and Sherry Martin and Walk2Campus), Longwood University or any other entity.

I also do not support the private or public increase in any commercial expansion of student housing or other university buildings for Longwood University, the Martins or Walk2Campus that will utilize any properties lying north between High Street and Third Street and lying west of Griffin Boulevard and south of the intersection of Griffin Boulevard and South Main Street.
