Town hall meeting set for Sept. 7

PRINCE EDWARD — A town hall meeting will be held for the Hampden District on Sept. 7 in Crawley Forum at Hampden-Sydney College.
According to a press release, refreshments will be served at the Hampden-Sydney Fire Station at 5:15 p.m. prior to the meeting.
Participants will include Prince Edward County Public Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Barbara Johnson, county officials, the Virginia Department of Transportation and others. The meeting is sponsored by Hampden District Supervisor Dr. Odessa H. Pride.
