The Prince Edward-Farmville Youth Association (PEFYA) Minors All-Star team won both the state and District 5 Dixie Youth Baseball AAA Minor League All-Star tournaments to advance to the AAA World Series for the first time ever. The 12-team, double-elimination World Series tourney will be held in Oxford, Alabama, and the PEFYA Minors (10-1) will play their first game Saturday at 6:45 p.m. EST against Arkansas.
