DaVida A. Eppes received her doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree May 12 from the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University in Winchester.

She is also the winner of the 2017 United States Public Health Service Excellence in Public Health Pharmacy Award for the school of pharmacy.

DaVida is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and Nottoway High School.

DaVida is the daughter of Machelle J. Eppes and the late David E. Eppes, of Burkeville, and the granddaughter of James M. and Ruth W. Jackson, of Lunenburg, and Joseph A. and Lois S. Eppes, of Burkeville.
