Del. James Edmunds, left, recently presented a Virginia House of Delegates resolution acknowledging the contributions of Dr. Anthony Munoz to the region through his unselfish service in his treating residents and helping establish the Heart of Virginia Free Clinic in Farmville. The resolution was presented to Munoz in the The Woodland Community Center. We commend the good doctor for his hard work and caring for those in need across the communities that the clinic serves.
