Dixie Youth Majors district title game postponed

The District 4 Dixie Youth Baseball Major League All-Star Tournament championship game in Buckingham has been postponed from Wednesday to Thursday at 7 p.m. due to inclement weather.
Held at Gene Dixon Sr. Memorial Park, the game will feature the Buckingham County Youth League (BCYL) All-Star team (3-1) and the Amelia All-Star team.
The teams have faced each other twice so far in the district tourney, with the BCYL Majors falling 6-5 Sunday and then recovering to beat Amelia 5-4 Tuesday.
