Harrison Pleasant Witt, Jr., 77, of Farmville passed away on May 19, 2017 in Lynchburg.

He is the son of the late Harrison Pleasant Witt, Sr. and Minnie Witt.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Witt (Carol), Edward Witt (Carla), David Witt (Eleanor); daughter, Dawn Frazier; brother, Aubrey (Lora); and a very close friend, Blanch Murray.

Visitation is at the Shorter Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Graveside service to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice, at 11 a.m.
