Everett Jackson ‘Jack’ Wilson

Everett Jackson “Jack” Wilson, of Darlington Heights, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 27, 2017 in his winter home of Haines City, Florida.

He was born in Covington, Aug. 13, 1938 and was the son of Jessie and Myrtle Wilson.

Jack was preceded in death by his three brothers Charles, Aaron and Samuel Wilson. He is survived by his sister, Linda Carpenter.

Jack was a graduate of The University of Virginia School of Radiology. He worked at Garrett County Memorial Hospital until he retired in 1979 at which time he moved to Darlington Heights.

Jack is survived by his beautiful wife of 53 years, Karen Rosensteel Wilson, two daughters, Mary Beth Edgman, and Julia W. Simon (Chuck); son, Eric J. Wilson (Shannon); five grandchildren, Joseph E. Edgman, Chase A. Simon, Christian W. Simon, Everett J. Wilson, Maris E. Wilson; one great-grand child, Preston J. Edgman.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Spring Creek Baptist Church, Darlington Heights.
