On Thursday, May 4, Bob Jones will present a Lunch and Learn program on floral design using materials from landscape and cutting gardens.

According to a press release, he will encourage thinking outside the box by incorporating both traditional and non-traditional plants, and will suggest ways to enjoy arrangements at least nine months out of the year.

“His presentation will include information on planning, planting and collecting materials for your flower arrangements. Jones is an East Tennessee native who grew up on a farm in Crewe. He has a degree from North Carolina State, and has worked as an agricultural extension agent for Charlotte County since 1988.”
