Georgia Allen Foster, 88, of Cumberland, departed this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Farmville.  She is survived by three sons, Michael Allen (Jackie), Jeffery Allan Foster (Angela), and Christopher Kyle Foster (Phyllis); a daughter, Emma Watson; two daughters-in-law, Jackie Foster and Daisy Foster; four sisters-in-law, Odell, Leanne, Lottie and Lorene; a brother-in-law, Junius Foster (Lucille); 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Her remains rested at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home, of Cumberland, where family received friends on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m.

Funeral services were held Sunday 2 p.m. at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Cumberland. The Rev. Larry Smith pastor officiated.  Interment was held in the church cemetery.
