Southall promoted at McClung

McClung Companies recently announced in a press release the promotion of Sheila Southall, of Waynesboro, to vice president of production. Southall is the daughter of Johnnie and Patsy Southall of Farmville.
Along with Southall, McClung promoted Chip Bell, also of Waynesboro, to vice president of sales; Adam Monk of Churchill, to vice president of operations; and announced the appointment of McClung Controller David Shroen, of Staunton, to its board of directors as secretary/treasurer.
McClung Chairman Tom Trevillian said Southall and the others are forming the company’s next generation of leadership.
“These folks are providing a structure for our continued success,” Trevillian said. “As an employee-owned company, these leaders will increase employee participation in decision-making and ensure our ability to serve customers and employees into the future.”
Southall has worked at McClung for 17 years.
