Laura Baker Branch, 71, of Cumberland, departed this life on Friday, November 25, 2016 in Cumberland.

She is survived by her children, Clentis Branch (Anita), Renarta McFarland (Shannin), and Sasha Royall (Jerry); 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Wilma Herndon (Charles); two aunts; a mother-in-law; five brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends.

Her remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home, Cumberland where public viewing was held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service was held Thursday at Petersville Baptist Church, New Canton, with the Rev. Ollie Bolden, pastor officiating.  Interment was held in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Cumberland.
