The Days Inn, at 2015 South Main St., in Farmville has a new owner.

According to Prince Edward Circuit Court records, Solomons Beacon Inn Ltd. sold the hotel and the lot it sits on to Shree Shree Dutt LLC for $2.3 million on Nov. 17.

According to the Virginia State Corporation Commission’s website, Solomons Beacon Inn is registered in Columbia, Md. However, its registered agent is listed as “Corporation Service Company” in Richmond. The limited partnership formed in Nov. 2002; Corporation Service Company became the registered agent in April 2011.

According to other VSCC records, Shree Shree Dutt registered as a limited liability corporation on Aug. 9. Its principal owner is listed as Pravinkumar Patel at 79 Brenna Lane in Lynchburg.

Solomons Beacon purchased the property in 2002, according to court records.
