Father Steven Reuter leads a tour of the St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary, nearing completion north of Dillwyn in Buckingham County. The $35 million, 120,000-square-foot project is seeing the final touches of its first phase and will host a public inauguration and blessing on Nov. 4, including guided tours.
