CHARLOTTESVILLE — A 25-year-old Buckingham County man is charged with unlawful filming after police say he video recorded a woman in a dressing room on Sept. 22.

Adam F. Jamerson was charged and arrested on Sept. 26 by police with a Class 1 misdemeanor and released on bond, according to Charlottesville Police Capt. Gary Pleasants.

“He was working at Urban Outfitters, located at 316 E. Main St. in Charlottesville, when a woman customer observed him apparently video recording her while she was in the dressing room. She confronted him then contacted the management and she then reported the incident to us,” Pleasants said.
