The Abilene Community Center will have a fried chicken dinner on Saturday from 4-7 p.m. to benefit the center. The meal will consist of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, string beans, cole slaw, homemade rolls, dessert and a beverage. Adults, $10; children 10 and under, $6. Take-out only.
