Jack Garland American Legion Post No. 32 will hold an open house Thursday, 6-8 pm at the Historic Farmville Train Station. Special guest speaker is Dr. Michael Lund, professor emeritus of English, Longwood University, who will be speaking about his “Home and Abroad” writing program for military, veterans and family.
