Bear Creek Lake State Park, 22 Bear Creek Lake Road, Cumberland, will offer crafting on Sunday from 10-11 a.m. at the Acorn Loop Shelter.

“After a busy weekend of swimming or hiking, this is a moment to relax and enjoy your visit even more,” the park’s website noted. “Make a souvenir to go with your memories. The type of craft will vary each week, sometimes pottery or flower pot painting, sometimes leaf printing, making hiking sticks or casts of animal track molds.”

The craft events are family-friendly, “but also a good time for kids to have an activity while the parents are packing up. Or one last stop after checking out of a cabin.”
