I want to thank all the good people who came to my assistance at Walmart in Farmville. While I was walking across the parking lot, my right leg broke from an old injury. I collapsed and several people came to my aid. They called 911 and my family. A young girl gave me a bottle of water. Another person put a cushion under my head and someone else held an umbrella over my head to block the sun. The Prince Edward Volunteer Rescue Squad did a good job. When the rescue squad was ready to take me to the hospital, the police officer who had been blocking traffic came to me with the change that had fallen out of my pocket. Bless them all. We have a lot of caring people who look out for each other.
