Cobb joins Bank of the James

Thomas R. Cobb has joined Bank of the James as a vice president and regional manager for Appomattox.
Cobb brings over 20 years of banking experience to the company, according to a press release. He was previously employed with The Farmers Bank of Appomattox where he served as vice president and indirect dealer financing officer.
Cobb is a graduate of Ferrum College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He is also a graduate of the School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
Cobb is a native of Appomattox, but worked in Farmville from 1990 to 1995 as a recreation coordinator for Prince Edward County.
