St. Andrews Baptist Church, Cullen, will celebrate the 23rd anniversary of its pastor, the Rev. Dr. and First Lady Maurice Finney on Sunday at 4 p.m. The Rev. Larry L. McElroy, pastor of the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Creedmoor, N.C., will speak. Dinner will be served after the service. All are invited.
