The Judith Randolph-Longwood Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will hold its annual spring banquet at Charleys Waterfront Café on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Guest speaker will be Dr. Ronald Heineman, professor emeritus of history at Hampden-Sydney College. The topic of discussion will be “The History of Ellis Island:  Past & Present.”
