Penny Dawn O’Bryant, 50, of Richmond and formerly of Dillwyn, entered her heavenly home on Friday, April 8, 2016.  She was born July 26, 1965 in Farmville, the daughter of Dorothy Rush Davis and James G. O’Bryant. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clyde and Elsie Rush and paternal grandparents, Leslie and Nellie O’Bryant.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristen Alexandra O’Bryant; mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Gene Davis; father and stepmother, Jimmy and Julie O’Bryant; and many other family and friends.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 12 at the Dunkum Funeral Home with interment in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dillwyn Volunteer Fire Department or the First Baptist Church, Dillwyn.
