Mourners Valley Baptist Church, Dillwyn, will hold an appreciation service for the eight years of service of the Rev. Dr. Charles E. and Burnettia Simms on Saturday at 3 p.m. The Rev. Timothy Jackson and choir from Baptist Union Baptist Church will be guests. Dinner will follow the service. All are invited.
