Spring is a lovely season in Virginia, but the litter that competes for attention along our roads and highways can spoil any view of redbuds, daffodils and dogwoods. You are encouraged to help pick up the trash and improve the view for everyone. Many thanks to all of you who already pick up what others have thrown out of their vehicles. It is not clear why some people spread ugliness and the hazards of trash, but together we can change this picture.
