Ellen John, who represents Guthrie Memorial Chapel as a health educator in southern India, recently published “Health Reformer,” a health booklet emphasizing the use of essential oils in the treatment of various human diseases. She discusses such topics as the value of “peace and rest” as well as bipolar disorders, depression, side effects of certain drugs, anxiety and essential oils recipes.
