PRINCE EDWARD — Hubbard Road, State Route 602, in Prince Edward County will be closed starting April 11 to perform a replacement of a timber deck over the roadway.

According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the road will be closed at Little Sayler’s Creek from U.S. Route 460 to State Route 617, Sayler’s Creek Road.

A detour will be in place via Sayler’s Creek Road and Hubbard Road.
