Police search for burglary suspect

- Farmville Police are searching for a male suspect involved in the burglaries of two restaurants on Sunday.
FARMVILLE — Farmville police are looking for a male suspect connected with burglaries at Hong Kong Kitchen and Golden Palace reported Sunday.
The commercial burglaries were reported in the 1500 and 900 blocks of South Main Street, according to a press release from the Farmville Police Department.

“Upon investigation, it appeared a … suspect forcibly entered two restaurants shortly after 4 a.m. and stole an undisclosed amount of money from both businesses. The suspect was captured on surveillance video … The male suspect was wearing a light-colored hooded jacket, ski mask, and gloves.”
