Arthur Chadwick, of Chadwick Orchids, presented the January program of the Cartersville Garden Club. He demonstrated the care of orchids and shared photos of orchids named after “first ladies” Nancy Reagan, Laura Bush and Michelle Obama, plus Hollywood celebrities and British royalty.

Liz Dunn, a 14-year member of the Heart of Virginia Master Gardeners and a member of Cumberland Red Bud Garden Club, will present the February program. She will conduct a hands-on workshop creating a wreath of bird nesting and feeding materials.
