Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center, 1267 4-H Camp Rd., Appomattox, will hold an oil painting workshop for ages 15 and up (beginners are welcome) on Thursday Feb. 18. The workshop will feature the “wet on wet” technique made popular by Bob Ross.  Cost is $75 and includes all instruction fees, materials and lunch. Registration Deadline is Feb. 4.
