Julia Ann Davis Hilton, 77, of Buckingham died Wednesday, January 6, 2016. She was born in Asheville, North Carolina on August 5, 1938, a daughter of the late Paul Taft and Nena McIntyre Davis. 

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Dayton “Jim” Hilton; her daughter, Cynthia B. Miranda of Richmond; her son, Steven Brett of Long Beach, California; her brother, Tommy Davis of Hampton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a son, Paul Davis Gaita.

A funeral service was held Tuesday, January 12 in the Chapel of the Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia. A private interment followed the service.
