Edith “Katy” Jones, of Charlotte Court House, was born on November 4, 1933 and passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015.

She is survived by three children, Sharon O’Neal, Charles Dodd and James Jones and his wife, Libby; four grandchildren, James Jones, Brandon Jones, Alex Jones, and Laura Lynn; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Donna Bowen and Gay Allen; one brother, Fonzie Fitzwater; best friend, Mary Whitlock; and many many more family and friends.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, January 5 at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home.
