Elizabeth Bailey and her Welsh-cross pony, EKF “Simply Elegant,” won Reserve Champion in the Pleasure Pony Division at the Virginia Horse Show Finale held at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington. Bailey is the daughter of Rebecca S. Derwin and the grand-daughter of Jane S. Smith, of Farmville.
