PLEASANTS dated June 30, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF BUCK- INGHAM as Deed Book 361, Page 329, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, on the courthouse steps at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Buckingham located on Highway 60, Buckingham, Virginia on January 28, 2016 at 12:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with improvements there- on and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Marshall District of Buckingham County, Virginia, and containing One and Two Hundred Thirty-One One/Thousandths (1.231) acres, more or less, and lying on the southwestern side of U. S. Highway #15 and being more particularly described as metes and bounds on a plat of survey by Robert L. Lum, C.L.S., dated March 31, 1977, and found recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 104, at page 422.
