FARMVILLE — Tricia and John Wingo were granted a conditional use permit to operate a bed and breakfast by the Farmville Town Council on Dec. 9.

According to Town Manager Gerald Spates, the matter was previously referred to the town’s planning commission, which recommended the council issue the permit to the Wingos to operate their business.

Currently, 1103 Barrow St. — the location of the bed and breakfast — is zoned residential.
