In execution of a certain deed of trust dated March 26, 2004, in the original principal amount of $45,426.44 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 300 Page 900, and modified on October 30, 2012, to decrease the principal balance to $41,168.19.
