The James String Quartet and pianist Lisa Kinzer will present a concert on Friday at Longwood University. The quartet members are artists in residence at Lynchburg College and include Christi Salisbury (violin), Joe Nigro (violin), David Feldman (cello) and Luca Trombetta (viola). The quartet will perform Haydn’s String Quartet in D Minor, Op. 76, No, 2, and be joined by Lisa Kinzer in Dvorak’s Piano Quintet in A Major, Op. 81. The performance will be held in Molnar Recital Hall in Wygal Music building at 7:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
