The Cartersville Rescue Squad, 1667, Cartersville Road, will hold two community events on September 26. A rabies clinic will take place from 8 a.m. – noon; the cost is $8 per animal. Dogs must be on a leash, and cats must be in carriers. Proof of vaccination is required for booster shots.
