Farm Use String Band will be at the Pamplin Depot on Main Street Saturday from 6-8 p.m. for the monthly Old Time Pamplin Dance. Various volunteers and chefs will provide a healthful and satisfying Chef’s Choice meal for $4.

Farm Use String Band includes Chip Robinson on fiddle, Petr Liska on just about anything but especially bass and banjo, Mary Scanlon on bass, Ken Swanson on banjo and mandolin, Chad Houk on guitar and Tom Saxton on cello; everyone contributes to the vocals. Doors open at 6 p.m. with music from 6:30-8 p.m.

A portion of the funds raised through meal sales goes to the Pamplin Depot Restoration Fund. Donations directly to the fund are also accepted.  All are invited.
