Several members of Longwood University’s “Movers and Shakers” organization recently helped hundreds of incoming freshmen carry refrigerators, boxes and other personal items to their new dorm spaces. The volunteer group is made up of sophomores, juniors and seniors who seek to help new students out during one of the most stressful days of their college careers.
