The Farmville- Prince Edward Historical Society will meet Tuesday, at 7 p.m. in the Historic Farmville Train Station, 510 West Third Street. Jimmy Hurt, member of the historical society’s board of directors, will give a power point presentation on “Old Farmville Post Cards.” Post cards have disappeared since the invention of email and texting, however, postcards show buildings, people and events from the past.
