The Scottsville Lions Club will hold “Quackin’ Down the James” during Scottsville Community Day at the Scottsville Pavilion Sept. 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A $5 entry fee is required to enter the third annual Duck Derby which includes a chance to win a $250 prize. There is also a $100 prize for second place and $50 prize for third.
