Devin Pierce won the title of August Fishin’ Pig Ping Pong champion on Sunday. Pierce lost to one-time champ Bruce Bogese in his first match, then went on to defeat four competitors to take the championship title. Pierce won the rights to the ping pong championship belt this month and $50. The next Fishin’ Pig Ping Pong tournament is set for Sunday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m.
