OLIVER, James Edward, 89, of Brooklyn, New York, formerly of Buckingham County, died July 27, 2015.  A funeral service was held Saturday, August 1, at Fork Union Baptist Church, Buckingham, with interment in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home, Dillwyn.
